If posting a job opening, include job title, job location and posting date in the thread title. Within the text field, insert a link to the job posting, or phone number, contact, mailing address, etc. Also include an application deadline. If including job description and requirements, please keep them to a reasonable length.
If posting your job availability, follow similar protocol: put your desired job title and your location in the "Title" field, then as applicable, a link to a resume (hosted at another website), contact information, and you may include a brief description of your abilities -- but do not include a full resume in your post. Also realize that these forums are public, so all information provided can be seen by anyone.
All job opening and job availability postings may be edited for content and format, and be pruned from the Forum upon expiration of application deadline, or in the case of job availability, within a reasonable time of its posting, all at the discretion of PACCIN. If posting is no longer active (you hire someone, or you found the art handling job of your dreams), please reply to your own post noting it is closed, or contact us to remove the thread.
Thanks, and good luck with your searches!
