Collector Systems has an immediate opening for a Registrarial/Data Import Associate. Collector Systems is the leading cloud-based collections management software (CMS) company that also provides registrarial services to a global client base.
Job Description:
The Registrarial/Data Import Associate will be responsible for data conversions from other CMS systems,updating client accounts, and database support. The candidate will also work closely with the full managerial staff to provide excellent customer service to our clients.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
-Experience and interest in collections management with the desire to learn and experience many facets of the art world ranging from private to institutional collections.
- Demonstrated ability to create and maintain complex record keeping systems including the use of collection management systems, preferred.
-Knowledge of best practices in museum registration and collections management, preferred.
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Superior organizational skills
-Ability to adhere to strict deadlines is a must.
-Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
Available positions include: part-time and freelance. Full-time positions will be announced as they become available.
