The Museum of Fine Arts, Boston seeks applicants for the Art Storage Coordinator position, a full-time permanent position within the Registration and Collections Management department. Reporting to the Art Storage Manager, the coordinator will assist in ensuring the smooth running of operations at the offsite art storage facility, preparing artworks for transport to the Museum; moving and packing objects for safe storage and to make efficient use of space; hosting visitors viewing artworks at the facility; numbering, re-housing, and fabricating storage supports as needed; and tracking movement of artworks in the database.
