The Museum of Fine Arts, Boston seeks applicants for the Associate Registrar for Acquisitions and Loans position, a full-time permanent position within the Registration and Collections Management department. Reporting to the director of the department, the associate registrar will coordinate internal approvals, scheduling, packing, crating, shipping, courier, and security arrangements for the transport of acquisitions and loans to and from the Museum; maintain registration records and issue receipts, forms, and other documents for loaned works; and work as part of the registrar team in a fast-paced environment to support curatorial and exhibition activities and functions.
