SFO Museum, the only AAM-accredited museum at an airport, is hiring up to six (6) part-time on-call Museum Preparators. Staff in these positions engage the audiences at San Francisco International Airport by creating exceptional exhibitions. Working as part of a team within the preparation department and under general supervision, these positions perform a wide variety of semi-skilled and skilled duties in the preparation, production, installation, and care of exhibitions.
Salary: the positions are paid at step 1 of the 3520 classification (https://careers.sf.gov/classifications/?classCode=3520&setId=COMMN)'s compensation plan: $30.1125/hr
The positions are part-time and are not to exceed 1,040 hours in a twelve-month period.
