Minimum Starting Salary: $2,459/monthly. Salary proportionate to time worked.

Under the general direction of the Sesnon Gallery Director, the Gallery Manager assists with the implementation of an annual schedule of exhibitions and programs featuring experimental, contemporary art as well as with the care and maintenance of the permanent collection. The Gallery Manager supervises the gallery's Educational Outreach Program; special event and publicity efforts; student staff and serves as gallery liaison to fundraising groups.
Qualifications include:
•Professional level experience in museum or gallery administration
•Experience providing operational assistance in the organizing of exhibitions, including transporting, proper handling and installation of art work
•Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to work independently
•Ability to manage multiple priorities with ease in a busy work environment
