Description: Kaminski Auctions is looking for part-time staff to help set up and take down auctions. Responsibilities include unpacking and packing art, moving furniture and other large pieces to and from the photography studio, setting up the auction gallery for previews, assisting in pickups and deliveries of art and other general tasks associated with an auction house such as assisting customers with their questions. This is a part-time position, number of hours varies week to week depending on the auction schedule but will average to likely around 20-25 hours a week
Qualifications: Qualified applicants must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Applicants must have a current driver's license and feel comfortable driving a van and a small box truck (no special license required). Some weekend hours may be required as well as possible trips to New York for deliveries and antique shows.
