Responsible for the packing, unpacking and handling of works of art and assisting with exhibit preparation, including rough carpentry and finished cabinetry work, lighting installation, and display detail. Requires post-secondary art courses, with a minimum of three years’ closely related experience, prefer B.A. in art with three year’s experience as art handler. Must have ability to follow mechanical drawings, mount-making skills and understanding of current archival materials.
